Artist's Description
This watercolor painting called CASINO VACATION, is one of seven original paintings commissioned by my Roadtrek camper van manufacturer client which will be given as personalized awards for his special dealer clients. This assignment was to paint the Roadtrek camper van for his Pennsylvania Dealer award and include elements of gambling and his dealer's name on the personalized license plate.
My design consists of elements representing casino games like poker, roulette, blackjack and slot machines surrounding the compact camper van motor home. Items include the four aces poker hand, the black jack and ace of spades, the roulette wheel with gold numbers on red and black squares, red dice, the triple sevens and fruit of the slot machine and colorful casino chips. I tried to arrange these vibrant 3D items to balance the colors and light in the background and make the vehicle stand out.
