Description
This surprised bunny is another version of PEEKING BUNNY (also in this gallery). I added some digital special effects to the photo of a section of my wall mural painting to enhance the image as art prints, canvas prints, etc. - perfect for baby nursery, young child room decor, preschool daycare, pediatrician office, pediatric ward.
This was originally painted as part of an acrylic wall mural - a 4 foot section on a stairway landing of a three-story stairwell (40 ft.h.x 100 ln. ft.) to a church basement preschool. With lovely facilities for children in the basement having large windows to the street side, the drab concrete stairwell from the rear parking lot level where parents drop off their children, needed to feel more welcoming for young children.
It is not possible to show the entire Furry Forest Friends mural at once. This pink peeking bunny is a portion of the base of the tree on the second floor landing. The Manitoba maple tree spans the entire three floors, winding around the stairwell. It is populated by various colorful woodland creatures.

When I was 5 years old, my Grandfather showed me new baby bunnies under a hedge in his yard. They inspired me to draw little tiny 4 page books about a character named "Bunny Boy". My mom gave me one some years back that I still have. My first efforts in art. This brought back great memories.......FAV / like

How wonderful that your mom has treasured your first artistic efforts all these years! She was very wise and justifiably proud of you!
