Description
At the request of my clients, I painted this watercolor portrait of their first home which they owned many years ago in New Braunfels TX. They now live in their fifth home, three of which I have already painted. Using a photo they sent me as reference, I added some sunshine and shadows for a more dramatic contrast. I also embellished the hanging pots a bit and trimmed the shrubbery for a better view of the beautiful picture window. At my clients' request, I inserted their two sweet cats in the window; however, since the painting is fairly small, I could not give them much detail.
This painting will join their happy memory wall collection.
