Description
I was commissioned to paint this watercolor portrait of a beautiful home in Toronto, Ontario by the Realtor who sold the home. He intended to give the painting as a gift for the homeowners to show his appreciation for their business - a thoughtful gift to be treasured. To use as reference, he sent me a photo of the home which was taken on a cloudy day so there were no tree shadows on the sprawling green front lawn. I took the liberty to add the tree shadows to add life and interest to the painting. He sent me a separate photo of the owners' dog and requested that I find a place for him in the painting. This was a very considerate memory gift that is sure to be appreciated for a lifetime.
