Description
This architectural watercolor of a New Jersey brownstone home is "hot of the drawing board". The painting was commissioned by a young lady who wished to thank her cousin for allowing her to live rent-free in this beautiful brownstone while searching for more permanent accommodations. I took some artistic liberties and omitted the overhead wires and vehicles parked in front of the building.
